Needing some prayers again for our cat, Gabby. She started acting strangely on Tuesday, hissing and not wanting to be touched. By the end of the night, she peed all over Spencer’s office chair and pooped on the floor. Spencer left her laying on the living room rug when he went to bed. She was no where to be found yesterday morning, and we haven’t seen her since. We’ve both looked everywhere we can think of …

It’s the kind of quote that really ticked me off, to the extent that I started writing before sitting so I could calm the mind … (and practice kindness LOL) ….

What a beautifully clear morning here on St. Thomas.
As I sat this morning, my meditation was filled with a touch of sadness. The beginning of December always brings memories of my brother’s passing, 22 years ago. And sadly, yesterday also marked the passing of actor Paul Walker, known for his lead role in The Fast & The Furious. How odd that he too would die in a car accident. I guess God needed another brilliant angel …

Spencer’s college roommate arrived yesterday for a week at the villa, to celebrate his 50th birthday.
And since the moment he arrived its been “Raining cats & dogs”.
Where in the world did that phrase come from … ?
It seems more accurate than the weather forecast which talked about surface cutoff lows, whatever that means …

Sorry to have another dreary picture for you this morning friends. I had to wait 2 hours just to get this picture and to see the BVI’s. The days have been clearing nicely, but these AM showers have made me want to stay in bed !!
So most of us will be shopping this weekend. Black Friday, Cyber Monday. Time to empty our pocketbooks, right ?!?
