Wow, what a spectacular sunrise this morning! It was hard to pick just one photo, as the sky changed from brilliant pinkish-red to blazing yellow-orange.

It was truly inspiring!!

Happy Monday friends. It was a bit dreary here this morning, with a low layer of lavender clouds obscuring the sun as it rose above the hills.

It’s hard to believe I’ve been back for 3 weeks now. As I sat and contemplated what the week ahead holds for me – breathing out some tension, breathing in tranquility – a very large bumblebee came to visit me.  It hovered near for quite some time, to the point I really thought it would land on me.   Well, I’m not that good of a meditator, as the bumblebee caused me to stand up and break my mantra. read more
