“If you once turn on your side after the hour at which you ought to rise, it is all over. Bolt up at once.”
~ Sir Walter Scott

Thank you friends! Because without you, I would have missed this morning’s beautiful sunrise.

With the rain yesterday came mosquitoes, who dive bombed me all night. It feels like I had just fallen back to sleep when my alarm went off. My mind did not want to get up. But I did. And then went briefly back to lie down.

We all know that self-discipline is critical to success. I’ve still been struggling with finding the right time to fit some form of exercise or daily yoga into my schedule. Today, even though I got up late, I’m going to try out something to see if it’ll work. Just as I said “sorry” to the mind that wanted me to stay in bed, so can I say “sorry” to the mind that keeps me from any goal.

So, here’s some quotes on self-discipline that I hope will inspire you too! Have a wonderful Wednesday.
